Background Sailor Venus was a foreign exchange student from Japan to London. She discovered her identity as a sailor senshi one day in a gym, when Artemis found her and told her. She became the mysterious Sailor V, and her character was even made into movies and video games. Mina-chan always wears a red bow in her hair. There is a story behind the red bow. When Mina-chan was in London, she met a boy she liked who told her she would look really good with a red bow in her hair. She later discovered that he truly loved her friend, so she ended her crush. Later, when they thought Minako was dead, Minako ran away to Japan with Artemis. But she decided the boy was right and has worn the bow ever since.
